Added by Jackson Laskoski about 8 years ago.
Updated about 8 years ago.
Affected Architecture:

Description
Dears,
RAID1 volume is recognized in the OS layer (screen attached) but is not recognized in the Diagnostic tab. We note that with the 2.3.2 version of pfSense installed in an IBM X3550 server.

does this can bring some additional damage to the production system?

SMART only supports certain specific controllers, and "aac" does not appear to be among them.

Tks Jim for your attention.
How can I see the list of supported controllers?
Is there any additional problem we run the system as well as the OS layer everything looks right?
It will not hurt anything. SMART is only there for a certain specific kind of disk test, not a task that is generally something you need to do through a RAID controller.
For a list of supported controllers, look in the FreeBSD hardware compatibility list, and in the manual pages for smartctl on FreeBSD.

I asked only for the fact that in SO (df -h) and during installation, controller was recognized.
