Your logs are way too huge! Configure something sane on Logs Mgmt tab. (You can override the memory limit in https://github.com/pfsense/FreeBSD-ports/blob/devel/security/pfSense-pkg-snort/files/usr/local/pkg/snort/snort.inc#L33 - and be careful with that or you could crash entire pfSense instead, depending on available RAM.)

There is no option to configure the log size for snort.log. Because of this it grows without bound resulting in this error.
