Why deleted? Judging from the history of development, Jim P, the developer of this package.
If low-priority feature, how can I submit a patch?

Don't assign tickets to anyone unless they tell you to. There is no active maintainer of the Zabbix package. If you attach a patch here one of us will commit it.

Ok, I understand.
There is new zabbix-agent.xml in attachment.
Changes:
+ Refresh Active Checks + Timeout + User Parameters * Edits in rcfile because I did not have "sleep 5" between "stop" and "start" in "/usr/local/etc/rc.d/zabbix_agentd.sh"
