Description

Steps to reproduce

1) Set the MAC address to an interface manually in the General Configuration for an Interface
2) Apply changes and observe how the MAC address has been changed (and at the same time, any possible DHCP derived IP address on the interface changes)
3) Clear the MAC address field in the General Configuration for the same interface and again apply the changes
4) Observe how the interface still has the manually given MAC address (and as such, DHCP is not released/renewed) and the original hardware MAC address is not taken into use instead.

Workaround: reboot OR manually figure out what the original MAC address was and manually set it to the interface.

Tested on 2.3.2-RELEASE-p1 (amd64) built on Tue Sep 27 12:13:07 CDT 2016 FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE-p9.
