Description
Some options are not quite correct on OpenVPN clients and servers. In particular:
OpenVPN Client options that should not be showing:
- CRL drop-down is showing in shared key mode and it should not
- "Don't pull route" checkbox is showing in shared key mode and it should not
OpenVPN Server options:
- "Duplicate Connections" option is showing for Shared Key mode and it should not
- "Inter-client communication" option is not showing for Peer to Peer SSL/TLS when it should be

OpenVPN Client options:
- CRL (Peer Certificate Revocation List?) is not visible when "Server Mode" is set to "Peer to Peer (Shared Key)".
- "Don't pull route" checkbox is not visible when 'Server Mode' is set to "Peer to Peer (Shared Key)".
OpenVPN Server options:
- "Duplicate Connections" option is not available when "Server Mode" is set to "Peer to Peer (Shared Key)".
- "Inter-client communication" checkbox is visible when "Server Mode" is set to "Peer to Peer (SSL/TLS)".
Environment tested in: SG-2220 w/ 2.4.0.b.20170301.1546
