Bug #7417
closedAvahi ipv6(disabled) port 5353(local link ipv6) firewall log spam until avahi is stopped for a few secs and then restarted

Description
Hi,
I have ipv6 disabled and have not changed anything major changed on my network that has ipv6 enabled. But when I restart pfsense and avahi service loads, it does not remember that I have disabled ipv6 and spams local link ipv6 address with source and destination port being 5353 only on vlan 100 network and I don't know why, I shut off all devices on this vlan and still got this spam (it can't be the switch because all vlans would be spammed) Service restart does not fix the issue. I have to stop it for a few seconds and then start it over again to stop the log spam. One thing to note: long ago I was having trouble with avahi starting on its own at boot up so I installed Service Watchdog package and used that to start avahi. I have not tried disabling service watchdog and rebooted to see of issue is solved but I am looking into it when I get sometime and am able to restart the router(without pissing off my family).
Really odd bug. My instinct says it's service watchdog starting the service without reading the configuration or too early for storage to become available.

Just a small edit: I just noticed that the spam started again. My guess is its some device on my lan, I will turn off them one by one and see if it stops the spam.
edit2: ok found a super userful site (ipv6 local-link to MAC address - perhaps add a feature to pfsense to get mac/ipv4 address from local link address in the logs): http://www.sput.nl/internet/ipv6/ll-mac.html
I looked up the mac address in the arp table and now I am 100% sure that google chromebook is causing this spam. But when I look at chromebook settings, I don't see any ipv6 addresses. I don't know why this is happening, it might be chromecast extension.
I looked at firewall summary tab sand saw another ipv6 local link ip adrress that was causing issues yesterday but not have matching mac address to pin that to.
