Allow for custom icap services for squid

Description

We would like to integrate additional icap services into the pfsense squid configuration, but there is no way add the needed icap_service lines to the end of the squid.conf file.

You can integrate any of them by putting them to Custom Options (After Auth) (or pretty much any of the advanced custom fields) provided you disable the antivirus. I don't think providing other means of messing with ICAP would be beneficial to users due to conflicts with the AV code, not to mention further code bloat required to provide some GUI to mess with c-icap.conf and others (beyond the one manual AV config that's already there).

pfSense is not a general purpose Squid appliance.
