Description

Auto Config Backup will not upload when a Secondary WAN is active and the Primary WAN is down and Failover/Load balancing is configured.

This isn't an ACB issue. This can be resolved by configuring the default gateway to be a failover group which matches the desired behavior. That behavior likely wasn't viable at the time this was opened.
