Description

Since version 2.4.0 the Captive portal service no longer acknowledges either 0 or a blank field in the Allowed IP Addresses bandwith up/down override if the Default value is already set in the base config.

In previous versions of pfSense (2.3.x) if you added a client's IP address to the Allowed IP Addresses list with no value for the bandwidth field it would treat it as unlimited.
From testing it does seem to acknowledge any other value correctly.
