Description

Perhaps related to #3165

I use the Wizard to create the OpenVPN server (server2 in my case).
I activate the Client Specific Override Tab, add a new record and just check the
```Block this client connection based on its common name.``` checkbox.

Expected:
User can not login.

Seen:
User can log in

Workaround:
add ```client-config-dir /var/etc/openvpn-csc/server2;``` to the servers custom options.
