Description
Clicking on "save" button of the voucher page does not enable vouchers on the login page.
you currently need to click on "save" button of the captiveportal settings page in order to re-generate the right login page when using vouchers
Login remplate should be re-generated automatically when enabling/disabling vouchers

Do not observe the issue, new roll is active after creation without additional actions.

This appears to be working now. With vouchers disabled, I can load the login page and there is only username/password available.
If I then enable vouchers and touch nothing else, then refresh on the client, the portal login page has a voucher form field.
