Renaming gateway doesn't update static routes

Description
If you rename a gateway, any static route using that gateway loses its association.
Static routes should be checked when changing a gateway's name, and updated as needed.

I think this issue is releted to #876
There is some gateway naming inconsistency. Sometimes gateway a automaticly named with GW_ prefix (reaply configuration of dynamic interface), sometimes only by interface name (on delete dynamic gw, blue line appears with IF name as gw name)

Probably not related directly, this is just a case where the old gateway name is still in the config for the static route after the change.

This should be ok in latest versions. AFAIR you cannot rename gateways anymore.
