How to reproduce:
1. Install and configure HAproxy for simple any one frontend/backend
2. Configure Remote syslog host: /var/run/log
3. Syslog facility: local0
P.S. Not exist Syslog facility for haproxy, don't described and not limited what syslog facilities better not use locally (if setup syslog host: /var/run/log).
4. Syslog level: any
5. Log hostname: if this field not NULL or not haproxy then /var/run/log not write it in /var/log/haproxy.log because of /etc/syslogd.conf filter.
