Description

during boot of the nanobsd on alix, all snaps after 13th September till date have this issue, during the boot it gives the following in the serial console and due to this i guess cron is totally dead so any event such as pppoe disconnect etc, the link is never got up.

Synchronizing user settings...done.
Starting webConfigurator...done.
Configuring CRON...No matching processes were found

Starting OpenNTP time client...done.

Use pkill to avoid an error if the process isn't already running. This was a cosmetic issue only, cron was not yet running when this happened at bootup, it's started later in the boot process. Fixes #902
