I have a few raspberry pi's that need a specific option 60 and option 43 in order to do PXE Booting. Setting those options makes it impossible for other clients to boot though. Because of that, I request to allow options to be configured on a per-client basis or, if that is not possible, to allow appending a custom config to the dhcpd.config file in which I could take care of the issue.

You can already do this. Setup additional pools and limit access with MAC allow/deny, and you could even make a pool for each device if you had to, but doing so by OEM (first three parts of MAC) is probably fine. Start a forum thread and ask there if you need help figuring it out.
