Description

Hello,

After installing the Tinc package provided in the official pfSense repository, there is no apparent way to specify (at least, not directly from the web interface):

  • multiple (redundant) neighbors to connect to, at service's initialization (the equivalent of multiple "ConnectTo=" lines in /etc/tinc/vpn/tinc.conf, please see an easy to understand example here [[https://tinc-vpn.org/examples/on-firewall/]])
    • multiple (a list of) Subnets that are "behind" a Tinc gateway*, with various priorities, i.e. the equivalent of multiple "Subnet=" lines in /etc/tinc/vpn/hosts/neighbor (syntax: say "Subnet=192.168.40.0/24" or "Subnet=192.168.40.0/24#19")
  • multiple (redundant) public addresses for one neighbor (be it IPv4 or IPv6), i.e. the equivalent of multiple "Address=" lines in /etc/tinc/vpn/hosts/neighbor

Best regards,
Răzvan
