dhcp configuration v4/v6 ignores VLAN priority configuration

Description
When submitting interface configuration, the DHCP 802.1p settings becomes overwritten by DHCP_Config_File_Advanced or DHCP_Config_File_Override.
802.1p is correctly set up without advanced or override flags
- Status changed from New to Closed
This is correct behavior,

1. That you check the "Enable dhcpclient VLAN Priority tagging" box
2. That you set the appropriate value in the drop-down
3. That you do NOT have configuration override enabled or advanced configuration enabled, as these will override the > default GUI options with the advanced settings
