Description

A user, which has only "wol" privileges, can delete WOL records by clicking on the bin icon.

The same time, the user can neither edit nor create new records.

P.S. The same behavior was in the version 2.4.4.

That is normal behavior. A user with access to a page can perform any action offered by that page. It is not a means of preventing write access (That's the purpose of the "Deny Config Write" privilege).
