Description

the diag_arp.php file is reading and parsing the full dhcpd file for many items that it doesn't use or need.

I'm seeing slow or timed out page loads on systems with 10,000+ leases in the dhcpd file, 3.3mb+ in size. I'd review the diag_arp.php, I edited to be able to troubleshoot what I had in place.
