Description

On current 2.5.0 snapshots, systems may see the following error at boot time:

PHP Warning:  scandir(/boot/dtb/overlays): failed to open dir: No such file or directory in /etc/inc/util.inc on line 2174
PHP Warning:  scandir(): (errno 2): No such file or directory in /etc/inc/util.inc on line 2174

Thus far I have only seen it on amd64.

To me, I have a fix ready.
