Description
Tinkering around on a 2.0 box which was upgraded from 1.2.x, it reinstalled the dashboard package which, predictably, broke things.
I can add a check to the dashboard package to stop this from happening, but there may be other packages affected which might need similar handling.

I committed a fix that should prevent the files from being copied over on 2.0. Should fix this.
