Please implement that the DHCP server can dynamically add DHCP Option 2 value based on the actual system UTC time offset.

For devices which
- don't have the capability to set timezone and Daylight Saving Time rules
- but are able to retrieve the NTP server address and time offset from DHCP options
this is necessary to adjust DHCP option 2 every time when DST starts or ends.

In pfsense this is possible to set the location which lets the system automatically calculate UTC time offset and applies DST if necessary.

If the DHCP server would be able to dynamically add the system's UTC time offset value in DHCP option 2 the above mentioned devices were automaically adjust at DST changes.
