Description

If you enable Split ANY-ANY option on interface page is not enabled,
and it's disabled in config.xml:

 <fpm_split_any_any>off</fpm_split_any_any>

if you change it manually in config.xml it resets to "no"

snort package 4.0_6

pfSense 2.4.4-p3 and
2.5.0-DEVELOPMENT (amd64)
