apcupsd - can not set BATTERYLEVEL and MINUTES to -1 although these are valid values

Description

According to the apcupsd manual [1], BATTERYLEVEL and MINUTES can be set to -1 in order to disable these features.

The pfSense service configuration for apcupsd however claims "Battery Level is not numeric." or "Minutes is not numeric." when you try to set them to -1.
