Description

When logging in, if a user clicks 'sign in' and then waits a moment and clicks 'sign in' again before the login completes, they may receive a CSRF error.

Easy fix is probably to disable the 'sign in' button after it has been clicked.

After a gitsync I can't induce a CSRF error at login in either Chrome or Firefox.
