Tested on pfSense 2.5.0.a.20191219.1908 with squidGuard 1.16.18_3

it works, but option note is the same:
At the moment it is supported by Google, Yandex, Yahoo, MSN, Live Search and Bing. Make sure that the search engines can be accessed. It is recommended to prohibit access to others.

it should be:
At the moment it is supported by Google, Yandex, Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, Qwant, Rambler, MSN, Live Search and Bing. Make sure that the search engines can be accessed. It is recommended to prohibit access to others.

The note is correct when I just installed the package, and it's correct in all the right branches of the repository. That might be an issue local to you. Looks fine here.
