Update jquery to 1.11.1

• Update jquery to latest version
• Use production version instead of development
• Rename file to have version on it and avoid browser cache issues
• Add jquery-migrate to keep backward compatible with old version

Replace Header() calls by lowercase

Remove problematic code without proper checks but even not needed here

The function split() is replaced by the function explode(). Starting with PHP 5.3 this is deprecated and with version 6 gone.
