softflowd added support for MAC addresses in
reported flows in version 0.9.9 and additional support
for timestamping flows in earlier versions that wasn't
supported in the pfSense GUI. Lack of timestamp setting
support in the GUI meant that flow start/end timestamps
weren't being reported.

Tested on 2.4.5_p1 and on 2.5.0-DEVELOPMENT (built on Tue Oct 13 07:05:06 EDT 2020)
MAC Address Flow Tracking Level and Flow Timestamps were added.
