Feedback:
1. Add paragraph in docs page mentioning that syslog transport over TCP and/or TLS encryption can be achieved by using the syslog-ng package.
2. Add caveat in pfSense UI, Status->System Logs->Settings->Remote Logging Options that using this option sends logs in cleartext, with note that syslog-ng can do it in a secure way.

I fixed up the log settings page(s), removed redundant info, added new stuff for 2.5, and added notes about using syslog-ng for TCP or encrypted syslog.

There was already a warning about it not being encrypted, but I added another.
