Description

Vouchers need to save to CF periodically the same as we have options for RRD and DHCP leases to avoid losing usage info in an unclean shut down.

I backed out the changes I made. This was already present under the voucher config, there is an interval that can be set which saves the voucher data into the config periodically. Ermal has the details.

Just test with a snapshot including all the changes.

oh, yeah it has a save interval there, guessing that wasn't working previously. Needs testing.
