possible bug (or annoyance :) ) in bind package?

When I try to hit the Save button in the Package Bind: Zone Settings / Zones, I'll allways get a popup:

"Confirmation required to save changes."

Testet without ad-blocker in chrome and firefox and with a vanilla bind package installation. Rebootet, restartet WebConfigurator. No idea anymore.

Pfsense is a VM. 2.4.5-RELEASE-p1 (amd64).
Bind Gui is 9.14_8 with package bind914-9.14.12

- The Popup dialog shows Ok and Cancel buttons, but it makes no difference here, which one you press, it just happens nothing, as the dialog elements are allready added or deleted.

- The Popup dialog itself is untypical for pfSense, normally one would expect the same GUI Element, as for example in the Firewall / Aliases / IP Dialog (see screenshot)
