Interfaces page displays MAC Address field for interfaces which do not support L2

Description
Only hardware interfaces and OpenVPN TAP have a MAC address
There is no needs to show the 'MAC address' field for pseudo-interfaces (IPsec, PPP*, OpenVPN TUN, L2TP, GIF, GRE, WG)
see 'is_pseudo_interface()'

Tested on the latest release. It looks fine. Ticket resolved.
