It seems like there are inconsistencies in the text. In the sample manifest file, it says <configurationfile>someprogram.xml</configurationfile> but in the text we find "The manifest specifies a Package Configuration File for the package using the config_file tag. The convention is to keep this file inside the files/usr/local/pkg/ directory inside the port structure for the package."

Instead of

<configurationfile>someprogram.xml</configurationfile>

I would expect

<config_file>files/usr/local/pkgsomeprogram.xml</config_file>

if I read the text right. Otherwise, I think it should be clarified in some other way, because I don't know what's the right format form reading the text and examples.
