I think for the email reports it'd be highly useful to have a note filed added.
Here is a use case:
Say a user selects the System log and use a Filter for "Enter some text to filter for log lines containing this string."
In case if a user have several such items each filtering different Filters, it'd be great to indicate that in the final report.
Otherwise all items will look like "Log output: System (system.log)"
If a note was added it might look like "Log output: System (system.log), filtered for <FILTER>"
