Description

Use case: before upgrading a package like pfBlockerNG I remove `pfb_dnsbl`, `pfb_filter` and `unbound` from Service Watchdog to avoid restart those services during upgrade process.

Please consider adding a feature that would allow users to disable or stop Service Watchdog
