Description

openvpn.attributes.sh successfully kills all IPv4 states with:

        /sbin/pfctl -k $ifconfig_pool_remote_ip
        /sbin/pfctl -K $ifconfig_pool_remote_ip

but for IPv6 it must use $ifconfig_pool_remote_ip6
