Description

More logical to have the description be first to easily identify the tunnel at a glance.

Also, show the internal ID under the description since the user may need that for a variety of reasons when troubleshooting. It could be printed as the ID number and perhaps even the corresponding interface name, such as ovpns1 or ovpnc2 and so on. For example: ID: Client ID 2 (ovpnc2).

A similar change was made in IPsec recently, so it's also helpful for them to match.
