Description

The link given in the docs to open a new ticket in our ticket system no longer links to an existing page since Freshworks changed their backend.
When visiting that page you are redirected to a page when you can login but cannot sign up to create a new account.

For example on this page:
https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/solutions/xg-1537/reinstall-pfsense.html

The link shown is: https://go.netgate.com/support/login which redirects to: https://netgate.myfreshworks.com/login

The correct link should probably be just: https://go.netgate.com

That link appears on all 'reinstalling pfSense Plus' pages
