Description

pfSense 2.5.2 version runs the OpenSSH_7.9-p1 version. That is not the latest one.

We use the version of OpenSSH that ships with the base installation of FreeBSD. It may not always be the latest, but it contains security patches which address known issues.

Using the version number to determine if it is vulnerable is unreliable.
