6RD PPPoE WAN Configuration Broken in 2.7.0-DEVELOPMENT

Description

As soon as I upgraded to 2.7.0-DEVELOPMENT, my WAN configuration (6RD / PPPoE) with CenturyLink fails to PPPoE authenticate and establish any routing. Reverting to 2.5.2/2.6-DEVELOPMENT streams fixed the issue. Seems that there have been similar QA reversion in 6RD in the past. Please investigate, you're missing some sort of back-port here when creating your new release similar to #2882 and #9561.

PS, your bug tracker needs an update for 2.7-devel for OS,..
