Description

Throws php error:

[27-Apr-2022 00:33:52 Europe/London] PHP Warning:  file_get_contents(http://www.internic.net/domain/named.root): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
 in /usr/local/pkg/bind.inc on line 764

This corrects it in my test box. named starts at boot without error with that patch applied.
