Description

I noticed multiple issues with the Traffic Shaper wizard using ALTQ Scheduler - HFSC type.

  • Values defined in wizard in Mbits get translated to Kbits
  • The bandwidth values defined in wizard in Mbits get wrongly translated in Service Curve (sc) to not appropriate Kbits value
  • Wrongly assigns child queues bandwidth, overcoming the parent queue allowed bandwidth

Please open separate issues for each item, like you did for the second bullet point there ( #13329 )

The first bullet point is probably related to #12501 but you tested it then and said it was working.

The third point may be related to the second but it's hard to say for sure.
