I noticed multiple issues with the Traffic Shaper wizard using ALTQ Scheduler - HFSC type.
- Values defined in wizard in Mbits get translated to Kbits
- The bandwidth values defined in wizard in Mbits get wrongly translated in Service Curve (sc) to not appropriate Kbits value
- Wrongly assigns child queues bandwidth, overcoming the parent queue allowed bandwidth
