Correction #13651
closedWriting an Installation Image to Flash Media doc

Description
On several occasions in Windows 10 and 11 the Balena Etcher would fail to flash firmware to USB or the resulting flash would not boot.
I worked around this by advising to start Etcher via "Run as Administrator".
I think it's worth suggesting by default in our doc in "Start Etcher" bullet point in Using Etcher part.

This is already noted on the document you linked.
Note
Etcher requires elevated privileges to write USB drives. In the majority of cases, Etcher will trigger an operating system prompt for additional privileges as needed. If it does not, re-run Etcher as an administrator explicitly.
It would be confusing to mention it earlier because for the majority of users it is unnecessary. They should only have to do that if it fails to prompt them.
