Description

Enabling the DNSBL option Wildcard Blocking (TLD) causes DNSBL reloads to take an extremely long time:

Restarting DNSBL Service
TLD:
TLD analysis... completed [ 01/13/23 09:16:29 ]
TLD finalize...
 ----------------------------------------
 Original Matches Removed Final

 -----------------------------------------
TLD finalize... completed [ 01/13/23 10:07:47 ]

Saving DNSBL statistics... completed [ 01/13/23 10:07:48 ]

I don't recall this being an issue previously in 22.05, hence it seems to be a regression with 23.01.

Tested on pfBlockerNG-devel 3.1.0_20.
