Description

$config['system']['disablevpnrules'] in 1.2.3 disabled the auto-added WAN rules for IPsec and PPTP (and tun rules for OpenVPN, though that's no longer applicable). This config setting is missing entirely from the GUI and back end in 2.0 and must be there.
