Description

In an HA setup when the DHCP server is configured with a failover peer IP address, the ruleset should automatically get rules passing the required traffic on ports 519 and 520 to/from the peer.

These rules are not present on Plus 23.01 or dev snapshots of CE.

Looks like it's a one-character typo in the filter.inc code that is checking the setting. Commit coming momentarily.
