Please add to this section - Delete a Certificate Revocation List
The delete button will not appear unless the CRL is not being used anywhere.

- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Though the existing text states that they should check if it's in use and remove it from use before deleting, I added a note to clarify that more.
I also made the text and notes consistent between deleting CA, Cert, and CRL entries.
