When IIMB loads it takes over the slots that it supports, hence it should be disabled when QAT is available unless using an algorithm that isn't supported (e.g. ChaCha20-Poly1305). Details: https://forum.netgate.com/topic/173606/solved-intel-qat-driver-with-wireguard-support/
