Description

https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/config/advanced-misc.html

When IIMB loads it takes over the slots that it supports, hence it should be disabled when QAT is available unless using an algorithm that isn't supported (e.g. ChaCha20-Poly1305). Details: https://forum.netgate.com/topic/173606/solved-intel-qat-driver-with-wireguard-support/

I also added a little more info on QAT in general since it was light on detail.

Still needs some adjustment based on the latest performance data results.
