ARPing causes menu bar to stop working

Description

After running ARPing and getting the results, any attempt to navigate to another page by clicking the menu bar (System, Interfaces, etc) doesn't work.

If "Back to ARPing" is clicked it navigates back and the menu is functional again.

ARPing 1.2.2_4

Issue confirmed on both

23.05.1-RELEASE (amd64)

This isn't a problem in arping but a problem with how some packages handle command output. It's already covered by #8502
